About Kristin Allen
Kristin Allen began her athletic career competing in acrobatic gymnastics (formerly known as Sports Acro) for the United States. She and her acrobatics partner became National Champions, World Champions, and the first Americans to win the World Games. Shortly after her retirement from the sport, she was recruited to work for Cirque Du Soleil. She spent 2014 showcasing her acrobatic skills for new audiences. She was featured on the BBC television show Tumble, which she won with her partner Bobby Lockwood, then joined the cast of Pipin on Broadway for a few months before the show closed their run. Recently, she became an Elite Ambassador for sportswear company Lululemon. In 2015, Kristin joined the U.S. World Games Delegation that successfully presented Birmingham, AL as the location for the 2017 Games. She currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.
In 2011, at the age of 19, she founded the Acrobatic Gymnastics Foundation as a way to give back to the sport that gave her so much. She hopes that the efforts of the organization will bring the acrobatics community together and help get the sport into the Olympics.
